Dear judges,Good [morning/afternoon]!It is my great honor to present my teaching plan for "Part A Let'stalk Ask and answer"in Unit 3"Learning better"from the English textbook for Grade 3,Volume 2 of People's Education Edition.Now,I will elaborate on my teaching design fromthe following aspects.I.Analysis of the Teaching MaterialThis teaching period focuses on dialogue communication in a learning scenario.In "Let'stalk",through the topic of Zhang Peng and Ally Green borrowing school supplies in class,itpresents vocabulary related to school supplies such as "eraser","ruler"and the verb "find",as well as common sentence patterns like "Can I...?","I can't find...","Here you are."The"Ask and answer"part adopts an interactive activity of question-and-answer amongclassmates about whether they can use each other's items,which further consolidates thevocabulary and sentence patterns learned in this lesson.Using simple daily sentences,it presents the interaction content of students in the learningenvironment,helping students get familiar with basic English expressions related to learning.These two parts work together to not only enrich students'vocabulary related to schoolsupplies but also cultivate their ability to communicate in real-life learning situations,layinga solid foundation for their English communication ability.ll.Analysis of the StudentsFor third-grade students,they are in the initial stage of English learning and have limitedlanguage accumulation.The dialogue text in this lesson is presented in the form of simpleQ&A between two people.Starting with the daily greeting "Excuse me"to introduce the topic,and then centering on the theme of politely borrowing school supplies,one side asksquestions or states events,and the other side responds or supplements.The sentences areshort,the structure is basic,and the simple present tense is mostly used,which is easy forlower-grade students to understand and imitate.The dialogue content is natural and coherent.Through a step-by-step dialogue mode,ithelps students gradually master the logic of language communication.A large number ofrepetitive and substitution exercises are used to strengthen students'memory andapplication of key sentence patterns,helping them quickly master the key content andgradually build up a sense of language and a preliminary language framework.However,due to differences in individual language learning ability and personality,some students maystill have difficulties in using these sentence patterns flexibly and naturally in real-lifecommunication.lll.Four-Dimensional Goals of Core Competencies1.Language KnowledgeStudents will be able to understand the dialogue in "Let's talk",and learn vocabulary andsentence patterns related to stationery and other items.
