Dear judges,Good [morning/afternoon]!It is my great honor to present my teaching plan for "Part A Let'sLearn Listen and Do"in Unit 3"Learning better"from the English textbook for Grade 3,Volume 2 of People's Education Edition.Now,I will elaborate on my teaching design fromthe following aspects.I.Analysis of the Teaching MaterialThis teaching period mainly focuses on vocabulary related to various school supplies andthe sentence pattern "I have...".In "Let's Learn",students will learn words such as "pen","pencil","book","bag","paper"and master the sentence pattern for expressing possession.These words and phrases are presented through pictures,real objects or multimedia,making it intuitive for students to understand their meanings.The"Listen and Do"part is designed based on these vocabulary and phrases.It includeslistening-comprehension and action-execution tasks.Students are required to performcorresponding actions according to the heard instructions,which helps strengthen theirunderstanding of vocabulary and listening response ability.This design enables students toconsolidate what they have learned in a cheerful and familiar atmosphere,bridging the gapbetween vocabulary learning and practical application,and laying a solid foundation for theirfuture English learning related to daily life.ll.Analysis of the StudentsFor third-grade students,they are at the initial stage of building their English vocabularysystem.They are more receptive to knowledge presented in vivid and intuitive foms.The teaching of"Let's Leam"adopts a simple and direct structure with a combination ofpictures and texts.Each picture of a school supply corresponds to a word,which is easy forstudents to recognize and remember.The associated sentence strings the words togetherorganically,helping students understand the context of word usage.The "Listen and Do"partfeatures an instructional discourse structure with imperative sentences as the main sentencepattern.The instructions are presented sequentially according to the listening order,and thesentences are short and concise,emphasizing immediate understanding and actionresponse.This creates a rapid conversion mode from language input(listening instructions)to language output(physical actions),which is highly suitable for students at this stage.However,due to individual differences in language learning ability,some students may stillstruggle to use these words and instructions flexibly and correctly in real life communicationsituations.lll.Four Dimensional Goals of Core Competencies1.Language KnowledgeStudents will be able to recognize and understand various school-supply -relatedvocabulary,master their meanings and correct pronunciations.2.Thinking Ability
