Unit1 Making Friends PartB Let'stalk&Look and match说课稿Dear judges,good [morning/afternoon].I am honored to be here to present my teaching planfor Unit 1 Making Friends,the 4th period.Now,I will systematically elaborate on my teachingdesign from the following aspects.I.Analysis of the Teaching MaterialThis 4th-period lesson focuses on daily life conversations for primary school students,withthe sub-topic "Offering help to friends and showing friendliness".The teaching content tellsa story where Chen Jie finds she doesn't have enough paint during an art class,and Sarahgenerously shares hers with her.Chen Jie smiles and expresses her gratitude.When goinghome after school,it rains,and Chen Jie,who has an umbrella,offers to share it with Sarah,who then thanks her with a smile.Through this story,students are guided to be friendly andwilling to help others.This lesson plays a crucial role in helping students master practicalEnglish expressions for daily communication and cultivating their good moral qualities.Itintegrates language learning with real-life situations,providing students with practicallanguage-using scenarios and laying a foundation for their future English learning andsocial interaction.ll.Analysis of the StudentsThe students at this stage are in the early period of English learning.They are full of curiosityand enthusiasm for English but have limited vocabulary and language-using abilities.Although they have learned some basic English letters and simple words,their listening,speaking,and comprehensive language-applying skills are still at a relatively low level.Inaddition,their attention span is short,and they are more interested in vivid,interesting,andinteractive teaching activities.Considering these characteristics,in teaching,it is necessaryto design diverse teaching activities,create real-life-like situations,and arouse theirlearning initiative and enthusiasm to promote their active participation in English learning.lll.Four -Dimensional Goals of Core Competencies1.Language Ability:Students will be able to understand,listen,and speak key vocabularyand phrases such as "we","share","can","thanks","thank you",and master the sentencepatterns "It's OK.We can share."and "Thank you"to communicate effectively in relevantsituations.2.Cultural Awareness:Through learning daily English conversations about friendship,students will understand the cultural connotations of expressing friendliness and helpingothers in English-speaking countries,and gradually cultivate cross-culturalcommunication awareness.3.Thinking Quality:In the process of analyzing and understanding the dialogue content,students'logical thinking,critical thinking,and problem-solving abilities will be developed,enabling them to think actively and independently.
