Unit 8 I can do this for you"(Period 3:Wrap-upTime)Good morning/afternoon,esteemed interviewers!It is my great honor to present the teachingplan for the third period of "Unit 8 I can do this for you",namely the "Wrap-up Time".In thispresentation,I will systematically elaborate on my teaching design from multiple aspects todemonstrate its scientificity,practicality,and educational value.I.Analysis of the Teaching MaterialThe "Wrap-up Time"of Unit 8 is composed of comprehensive learning activities,the"Assessment Time"module,and the "Picture Book Integration"section.The comprehensivelearning activities,including "Talk about things you can do for your family"and"Think andshare",play a crucial role in consolidating and extending students'learning.In"Talk about things you can do for your family",the activity "A.Listen and match"requiresstudents to match characters with their abilities according to the listening content based onthe theme of "talking about what one can do for the family",which helps students strengthentheir listening comprehension and application of the learned language.The "B.Think andwrite"activity encourages students to think about the talents they can showcase duringfamily gatherings and express their willingness and abilities through creating a"talent showprogram list".These activities aim to help students sort out their personal abilities,understand themselves,and stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in family life.The"Think and share"session guides students to review and summarize the learning content ofthis unit,and respond to the Big Question,promoting their in -depth thinking about therelationship between personal abilities and family.The "Assessment Time"is a self-evaluation module that corresponds to the "Learningobjectives"in the "Lead-in"section.It allows students to assess their own abilities in talkingabout personal talents,describing others'abilities,and expressing what they can do for theirfamilies,which can be used as either a formative or summative evaluation.The "Picture Book Integration"section echoes the Big Question of Unit 5.Through readingpicture books and completing related tasks,students can expand their vocabulary related toabilities,feel the love of mutual help in family life,and cultivate comect emotional attitudesand values.ll.Analysis of the StudentsAfter several units of English learning,third-grade students can communicate with friendsand family in daily -life-related scenarios,actively participate in classroom activities,andcomplete leaming tasks as required.They have initially formed English learning habits,andmost of them are interested in English learning and possess certain observation abilities.However,they still need teachers'guidance and interaction with peers to improve theirEnglish learning ability,especially in imitating and outputting core sentence patterns.They
