Dear judges,Good [morning/afternoon]!It is my great honor to present my teaching plan for "Part A Let'sSpell"in Unit 2"Expressing Yourself"from the English textbook for Grade 3,Volume 2 ofPeople's Education Edition.Now,I will elaborate on my teaching design from the followingaspectsI.Analysis of the Teaching MaterialThis "Let's Spell"section focuses on teaching students the pronunciation rules of wordscontaining the letter -e,such as "he","she","we","be","me".The teaching material adopts acombination of multimedia display and word cards,which helps students understand andremember words effectively.Through games and group activities,it creates a livelyclassroom atmosphere,but it also reveals the problem of uneven participation amongstudents in group activities,which needs special attention.In the teaching process,students show certain imagination in creating situational shortessays,yet there is still room for improvement in the accuracy and fluency of languageexpression.The content of this lesson is designed to gradually guide students from simplyrecognizing and reading words to applying pronunciation rules,playing a crucial role inbuilding students'phonetic knowledge system and laying a solid foundation for their futureEnglish learning,especially in word-building,reading,and spelling.ll.Analysis of the StudentsFor third-grade students,their English foundation is relatively weak,and they are in theinitial stage of exploring English pronunciation rules.However,they are curious andreceptive to new knowledge,especially when presented in vivid and interesting forms.The teaching structure of this lesson,which combines intuitive introduction,rule presentation,and practice consolidation,is highly suitable for their cognitive development.Starting withfamiliar life scenes and vivid pictures to introduce rhyming texts,it stimulates students'interest and establishes an initial connection between pronunciation and meaning.The clearcolor -coding to display words and sentences containing the letter -e,along with teacherdemonstrations and audio playback,helps students perceive the pronunciation.Then,thepractice activities gradually progress from simple pronunciation perception to more complexlistening,speaking,and writing tasks,conforming to the cognitive path of third-gradestudents from concrete to abstract and from simple to complex.However,due to individualdifferences,some students may still face difficulties in accurately distinguishingpronunciation differences and applying pronunciation rules in practical situations.lll.Four -Dimensional Goals of Core Competencies1.Language KnowledgeStudents will be able to clearly identify the pronunciation of words containing the letter -e,such as "he","she","we","be","me",and master the corresponding spelling and meanings.2.Thinking Ability
