Dear judges,Good [morning/afternoon]!It is my great honor to present my teaching plan for "Part B Let'slearn Listen and chant Part C Project"in Unit 4"Healthy food"from the English textbookfor Grade 3,Volume 2 of People's Education Edition.Now,I will elaborate on my teachingdesign from the following aspects.I.Analysis of the Teaching MaterialThis teaching period,the fifth lesson of the "Healthy food"unit,is structured into three mainparts.In the "Let's learn"section,it focuses on introducing new food-related Englishvocabulary like "healthy,""plate,""soup,""fruit,"along with simple expressions such as "Thisis my healthy plate."and "I have...".Through these combinations,students not only learnthe English names of foods but also get an initial understanding of their attributes.The"Listen and chant"part reinforces students'understanding and memory of thevocabulary through interactive activities.Students follow English instructions by perfommingcorresponding actions,which transforms passive learning into active participation andstrengthens their grasp of the learned words.The"Project"part encourages project-based learning.Students are tasked with designing aone -day healthy diet plan,including drawing their favorite healthy foods,writing thecorresponding English words,and stating the reasons for their choices.This part integrateslanguage learning with practical skills,cultivating students'comprehensive abilities inlanguage application,creativity,and problem-solving.ll.Analysis of the StudentsFor third-grade students,they are at a stage where they are eager to explore newknowledge but still rely on vivid and intuitive learning materials.The teaching materials ofthis lesson adopt a combination of situational teaching and task-driven approaches.The "Let's learn"section uses a static display with pictures and texts,making it easy forstudents to recognize and learn new words and sentences directly.The"Listen and chant"section,with its dynamic and interactive structure,drives students'participation throughaudio instructions,effectively consolidating what they've learned.The "Project"sectionprovides an open-ended platform,allowing students to freely express their creativity andapply the learned knowledge in practical contexts.These three parts progress step by step,from knowledge acquisition to reinforcement,and finally to practical application,which alignsperfectly with students'cognitive and learning processes.However,due to individualdifferences in learning abilities and language foundations,some students may facechallenges in flexibly using the learned content in various situations.Ill.Four Dimensional Goals of Core Competencies1.Language Knowledge
